Fifteen years of expertise in serving your taste buds!
After training as a baker and pâtissier in France, Nicolas Flageul took over the St-Prex store in 2016 to create a bakery, pâtisserie, confectioner and chocolaterie.
Aiming to celebrate French pâtisserie and viennoiserie and local produce from around St-Prex, Artisan Gourmand exclusively sells 100% homemade products made using Swiss chocolate and locally sourced milk and flour.
Today, alongside its store in St-Prex, Artisan Gourmand has a new outlet in Yens which also offers a selection of sweet and savoury specialities for every taste, as well as a seated dining area and sunny terrace for warm days.
